As COVID-19 continues to impact the global community, we would like to keep you informed of the various proactive measures we have put in place to safeguard the health of our employees and customers while ensuring we continue to service our markets and communities.

The Master team always at your service

Please rest reassured that maintaining the highest-quality customer service is our top priority. All our branches remain open during regular business hours and will be replenished on a daily basis. Furthermore, our branch representatives remain steadfast to provide you the most professional service possible.

Our external sales representatives also remain available to assist.

Increased hygiene measures

We are taking every necessary measure to ensure the utmost cleanliness in all our business locations. A protocol for increased hygiene measures has been established in branch and for employees. All employees must comply with the hygiene recommendations made by Health Canada. We have implemented a number of virtual working policies as appropriate to minimize the risks associated with large groups. For these same reasons, we have also made the difficult decision to postpone all our large group events and activities, including technical trainings.

This is of course an unprecedented and rapidly evolving situation and we are monitoring it very closely. We will update you immediately if any changes are necessary.
