Inside Sales Representative (GTA, ON)

The incumbent will promote products to customers by evaluating their needs. Provide pricing solutions to gain orders. Input orders and provide after PO support.

Principal tasks:

Identification of client’s needs & resources
Propose solutions for the design of a specific product to be adapted to clients’ needs
Draft and communicate reports and proposals to positively demonstrate benefits of product to influence the customers buying decision
Cross reference to find replacement product
Provide detailed quotation to support proposal.
Retrieve PO from the customer, enter the order and source the product
Follow up by contacting customers after the sale to resolve problems
Order non stock items and call customer when they arrive.
Provide after Po support to answer questions, meet delivery expectations and resolve issues

Requirements:

Knowledge of MS Office programs
Good sales abilities and persuasiveness
Team player
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication and organizational skills
Initiative & resourcefulness
Completion of secondary school
Relevant college education
Sales related training programs
