More autonomy with Master Online Services

Master Online Services offer more autonomy now allowing you to manage yourself, as Account Administrator, all your employee accesses (user accounts). Developed for business owners, this new feature has several advantages such as saving time and eliminating delays:

  • Add or delete accesses at your convenience
  • Accept or reject changes requested by your employees
  • Update contact information
  • Eliminate delays for creation and authorization of user accounts since assistance from another party is no longer required

Furthermore, for your safety, you can immediately disable the user account of an employee in the event of a quick departure.
To take advantage of this new feature you must first request an Account Administrator status by logging into your Account Settings.
